  2.     Operation: Elimination takes place in a three dimensional maze-like
  3. complex.  Within the complex you will encounter other cyborgs and equipment
  4. which you will employ to survive.  The complex is a constantly changing
  5. environment: walls and doors are frequently blown apart and rebuilt and new
  6. rooms are constantly being added as high explosives carve out new cavities
  7. in the ground.

  9.     Eight skills determine your level of ability in the game.  They are:
  10. strength, dexterity, constitution, marksmanship, single-fire weapons,
  11. automatic weapons, heavy weapons, and construction.  Your skill levels may
  12. be raised with special medical facilities.

  14.     Death in Operation: Elimination is never permanent.  Your cyborg is
  15. reactivated immediately following termination, albeit with slightly lower
  16. skill levels.
